    How does it compare to spearmint or other mints?

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth 13 годин тому

      Peppermint tea offers unique benefits compared to spearmint and other mint varieties. Rich in menthol, peppermint provides a stronger flavor and more potent health effects. It's particularly effective for digestive health, helping to soothe symptoms of IBS and indigestion thanks to its relaxing effect on the gastrointestinal tract. Additionally, peppermint tea is renowned for its ability to relieve respiratory issues and enhance immune function due to its high antioxidant content. While spearmint also offers digestive and respiratory benefits, its lower menthol content makes it milder and less potent in these areas. Both teas share calming effects, which can aid in reducing stress and improving sleep, but peppermint tea's higher concentration of active compounds like menthol and rosmarinic acid generally makes it a more powerful choice for those seeking more pronounced health benefits.

    All green, skin of beg n fruit, seeds contain lectin that cause leaky gut then leaky brain( Dr Gundry ytube channel).

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth 12 годин тому

      Thank you for bringing up lectins and their potential effects, as discussed by Dr. Gundry. It’s true that lectins, which are found in many plant foods, can cause digestive issues for some people when consumed in large amounts or when foods are eaten raw. However, cooking methods like boiling can significantly reduce lectin content in foods, making them safer and more digestible. It’s important to tailor your diet to what works best for your body and to consider both the benefits and potential drawbacks of different foods. As always, variety and moderation are key in a healthy diet. Thanks for your insightful comment!

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth 12 годин тому

      Thank you for pointing out the important consideration for those with kidney disease. You're right, individuals with kidney conditions often need to manage their intake of certain electrolytes like potassium and sodium, which are prevalent in many of the foods we discussed. It's crucial for anyone with health concerns to tailor their diet according to their medical needs and always consult with healthcare professionals before making dietary changes. Your reminder adds an important perspective to our discussion on electrolytes-thank you for contributing to a more comprehensive conversation!

    Spinach in moderation and eaten with boiled eggs Cucumbers in brine are better than pickles, full of chemicals and even food coloring , unless you make your own pickles

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth 12 годин тому

      Great tips! Combining spinach with boiled eggs can indeed help balance nutrient intake and enhance the meal's nutritional profile. You’re also spot on about cucumbers in brine being a healthier choice compared to store-bought pickles, which might contain additives like food coloring and excess sodium. Making your own pickles is a fantastic suggestion to control what goes into your food. Thanks for sharing these thoughtful and practical insights!

      Best of luck as you start your journey with soursop tea! It sounds like it could be a supportive addition to your wellness routine, especially with its potential benefits for blood pressure, anxiety, and sleep. The combination of soursop, lemon, and honey is not only flavorful but also packed with beneficial properties. 🍋🍯 Regarding your dental concern, while soursop tea might provide some general health benefits, it's important to address dental issues directly with a professional. Seeing a dentist as soon as you can would be best for proper treatment and to prevent any further complications. Take care and stay healthy! 💕🌻

    I eat these 7 foods every week. I also add fresh coriander and parsley at least 5 times per week in my green salads and smoothies. Parsley, coriander, tumeric and seamoss saved me from ending up in a wheelchair or having knee replacement surgery. Rocket/Arugula should also be on your list. I eat it in salads too. It alkalines the body and reduces bp and a1c. I eat it at least 4 times per week. Raw foods and herbs are medicines from God, Who loves us unconditionally ❤️

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth День тому

      That's wonderful to hear how these foods have positively impacted your health! Adding fresh coriander, parsley, turmeric, and sea moss to your diet is an excellent way to enhance the nutritional value of your meals. These ingredients not only boost flavor but also bring substantial health benefits, as you've experienced. Including rocket (arugula) for its alkalizing properties and benefits for blood pressure and blood sugar control is another great choice. Your approach to using raw foods and herbs as natural medicine is inspiring. Thank you for sharing your experience and reminding us of the healing power of nature and the love that surrounds us. Keep thriving on your healthy journey!

    The liver cleanses our body. It surely can cleanse itself.

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth День тому

      You're absolutely right that the liver is an incredible organ with the primary function of filtering toxins from the body and aiding in metabolism. It does have a remarkable ability to cleanse itself under normal conditions. However, supporting liver health with certain foods, like the ones mentioned in our video, can help maintain its function and prevent issues that might arise from excessive stresses, such as an unhealthy diet or exposure to harmful substances. While the liver is robust, providing it with nutrients that support its natural processes can be beneficial in maintaining overall health and wellness. Thanks for your insightful comment!

    Spinach can be harmful if eaten in excess or if you have certain conditions: Kidney stones Spinach contains oxalic acid, which can bind with calcium in the kidneys and form calcium oxalate stones. This can be especially dangerous for people who are already prone to kidney stones. Gout Spinach also contains purines, which can trigger gout, a type of arthritis. Blood thinners Spinach is high in vitamin K, which can react with blood thinners like warfarin. Reduced kidney function Spinach is also high in potassium, which can build up in the bloodstream and disrupt heart rhythm if the kidneys aren't functioning properly

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth 2 дні тому

      Thank you for highlighting these important considerations about spinach. You're absolutely right-while spinach is a fantastic source of nutrients and has detoxifying properties, it can indeed pose risks for individuals with certain health conditions like kidney stones, gout, or those on blood thinners due to its oxalic acid, purine, and vitamin K content. Additionally, its high potassium levels can be a concern for those with reduced kidney function. It's crucial for everyone to consider their own health needs and possibly consult with a healthcare provider to ensure their diet is safe and beneficial for them. We appreciate your insightful contribution to this discussion!

      Fantastic! Growing your own food is an incredible way to ensure you're getting fresh, nutritious produce while also staying connected to the food you eat. It sounds like you've established a wonderful system, especially with the addition of fresh honey from your daughter-what a treat! Starting a vegetable garden is indeed a great suggestion for anyone looking to enhance their diet and overall health. Gardening not only provides access to fresh vegetables and herbs but also offers physical activity, stress reduction, and the satisfaction of cultivating your own food. For those new to gardening, starting small with easy-to-grow vegetables like radishes, carrots, and leafy greens can make the process more manageable. Even those with limited space can consider container gardening or community garden plots as viable options. Thank you for sharing your experience and for the encouragement to get more people involved in growing their own food. It's a healthy, rewarding activity with numerous benefits. My English is poor . If anybody tell me what is good out of both. Actually i m taking L-citralin should i continue or transfer to L-rginin

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth 4 дні тому

      Absolutely! Both L-citrulline and L-arginine are popular supplements known for their potential benefits for blood flow and overall health. Here's a breakdown to help you decide: 1. L-citrulline: This amino acid is converted into L-arginine in the body, which then converts into nitric oxide. Nitric oxide helps to dilate blood vessels, potentially improving blood flow throughout the body. It's commonly used for cardiovascular health and improving exercise performance. 2. L-arginine: It directly increases nitric oxide production when taken orally. Like L-citrulline, it's used to enhance blood flow and has been studied for its potential benefits in cardiovascular health and erectile dysfunction. Considerations: • Effectiveness: Some research suggests that L-citrulline may have better absorption rates than L-arginine, making it a preferred choice for some. • Side Effects: Both supplements are generally safe for most people when taken in appropriate doses. However, individual responses may vary. • Your Situation: If you're currently taking L-citrulline and not experiencing the desired effects, consulting with a healthcare provider could help determine if switching to L-arginine is appropriate for your specific health goals. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting or changing any supplement regimen, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking medications. They can provide personalized advice based on your health status and goals.

      @AlinartHealth 5 днів тому

      Yes, you can definitely add honey to turmeric water! Honey not only improves the taste but also adds its own health benefits, such as soothing the throat and possessing antibacterial properties. This combination can be particularly comforting and beneficial, especially if you're drinking it before bedtime or when you're feeling under the weather. Just mix a teaspoon of honey into your warm turmeric water and enjoy!

    Spinach is full of oxilates

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth 5 днів тому

      That's correct-spinach does contain oxalates, which can be a concern for certain individuals, especially those prone to kidney stones. It’s always good to consume such foods in moderation and be mindful of your own health needs. If you're looking for alternatives with lower oxalate levels that still offer detox benefits, you might try incorporating more cucumbers or celery into your diet. Thanks for pointing that out!

    I see a lot on pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil with how it’s good for hair. But I never seem to find a definitive answer, does simply eating pumpkin seeds give you those same benefits as pumpkin seeds oil? If so how much? I currently eat 2 tablespoons of organic pumpkin seeds daily

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth 7 днів тому

      Great question! 🎃🌟 Both pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil have benefits for hair health, but they work in slightly different ways. Pumpkin seed oil is often highlighted for its concentrated nutrients that can directly nourish hair and scalp when applied topically. However, eating pumpkin seeds can also support hair health from the inside out due to their rich content of zinc, magnesium, and other essential nutrients. Your current intake of 2 tablespoons of organic pumpkin seeds daily is a good start! Consuming pumpkin seeds regularly can contribute to overall nutrient intake, which is beneficial for hair health. While the direct impact might not be as immediate as using the oil topically, it still provides important vitamins and minerals that support healthy hair growth. If you're looking to maximize hair benefits, you might consider incorporating both eating pumpkin seeds and using pumpkin seed oil in your routine. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice. Thanks for your question, and keep enjoying those pumpkin seeds! 😊👍 #PumpkinSeeds #HairHealth

      @@AlinartHealth I see, so theoretically would taking pumpkin seed oil topically or orally be more effective than the pure seeds if I wanted to try and regrow hair along a thin spot

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth 7 днів тому

      @@TheNotoriousB.E.N. That's a fantastic question! Given your interest in addressing a specific thin spot, you might find topical application of pumpkin seed oil to be particularly beneficial. This method allows for more direct and concentrated nourishment of the affected area. Additionally, some studies suggest that the active compounds in pumpkin seed oil can help block DHT, a hormone linked to hair loss. So, applying the oil topically could potentially have a more targeted effect. However, combining this with your daily intake of pumpkin seeds ensures you're getting a comprehensive range of nutrients essential for overall hair health. It's about finding the right balance that works best for you.

      @@AlinartHealth I’m guessing the oil would have to be applied daily to see the desired effect? If so I suppose that cold pressed pumpkin seed oil in capsule form would be more of a realistic and effortless task. My routine currently is applying a rosemary mint oil every other day before bed. Then I use a shampoo that contains saw palmetto and caffeine in the morning after oiling. 5 min scalp massage everyday. I then dermastamp at a 0.5-0.75mm length about twice a week. Then of course eating pumpkin seeds daily and a vitamin d3 supplement (which i was deficient in). No men in my family are bald or balding but they have shown to get a maturing hairline as they age so maybe that is happening to me (almost 21 years old)? My hair and hair density is incredibly thick and I don’t experience massive hair shedding at all but maybe a natural DHT blocker like pumpkin seed oil could be beneficial to add to this routine? Natural treatments have helped me a lot in my hair journey so I’ll give it a go.
